    Thank you page and notifications not sent

    I have a problem with all my forms. email notifications are not being sent, and custom thank you page is not sent. For example, form id 22543801149955.

    Hi,

    The problem is resolved. Actually we were adding a feature to the conditions wizard (multiple actions to single condition), but something went wrong. Fortunately we've fixed it recently, it should be allright by now. We hope this won't be repeated. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    The thank you page is sent ok. But continue the problems when we select conditions from emails sent.

    Hi,

    This is what I see after cloning your form;

    Please try to do the same and see if that helps. Also, the three Conditional are Auto Responder Email and NOT Notifications Email. I don't exactly know if that matter but I would suggest to create them as "Notification Email" rather than Auto Responder.

    Also, in addition to my response above. When creating your Form Notifications, please try using noreply@jotform.com as your "Sender Email" to ensure mail delivery.

    Also, whitelist jotmails ip addresses.

    Hi, the problem continue. don't save the conditions mail. If the mail is aaaa@a.com: OK. but if is {mail10}: ERROR, and don't save.

    Fixed this too, you can add emails like {emailXX}.
