Emails: Notification recipients are incorrect

    To Whom It May Concern,


    We have cited hr@ablehhc.com as the receiving email address for all Jotforms. However, these resumes continue to be sent to programs@ablehhc.com as well as able@ablehhc.com. Please advise as to how we can rectify this issue ASAP.

    I checked the email settings for your form. And it looks like this:

    You would need to modify the recipient emails. Remove able and programs. And add hr.

    Good Morning,

    I have looked at the settings and my screen does not look the same as what you have shown above.  Would it be possible to speak on the phone to walk me through it? When I click on my avatar and then the settings symbol I see hr@ablehhc.com as the receiving email.

    Hello Laura,

    It seems that the Notification emails for your forms still have other emails set as recipients. 

    Unfortunately, we do not provide support by the phone, but the following guide should be of help:
