Your system does not recognize my usename/password combo. I've set and reset the password three times. It seems to be the only way to log in.
Is this an annoying feature to get free customers to sign up for premium services?

and no results were returned. Please try the username nancyrmcecreate
to retrieve the password and sign in to your JotForm account
