On one particular form my Notification email does not work

    Why ?

    I have deleted it and started it again and although the test works, no emails appear !

     

    Help.. I am getting worried I am missing potential clients

    Hi Robin,

    Please try updating your form notifications "Sender Email" to noreply@jotform.com as shown on this visual guide;

    Also, please add Jotmails IP Addresses to your Whitelist; Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
