My e-mail alerts don't work

    Hi. I created a form for a dog rescue and would like the form to be send to three e-mails. I set the two extra e-mails up but the test e-mail just goes to one e-mail. Can you tell me why that is and how to resolve it? Thank you!

    I have checked all the forms that you have and the notification emails are only assigned to one email.

    Please take note that Test Email function in the Email Alerts screen can only send to the address associated with your JotForm account. It was made this way to prevent abuse from spammers. To test your newly added recipient emails, you must send a real submission to your live form.
