Over the past couple of days I have had some very frustrating things happen with my forms. What the heck is going on?

    1) Email Notifications and responders have disappeared on form http://www.jotform.com/form/20475054780

    2) Conditions have disappeared on form http://www.jotform.com/form/20475054780

... This is a form that is very important to our function as a business. Fortunantly I have had a clone I had made of this form I had made a coupe months ago. But, it to has a seperate set of ussues...

    3) Condition actions containing tags, ie. "{email}" show up in red, is this functionality no longer available? I noticed that you are trying to add the functionality of multiple actions based on a certain input, does this have something to do with it? This form is not functional without that function. http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23054844400950

Why are things missing? my email responders have Custom HTML that I have to rebuild now because they disappeared. I have been loyal to you guys for years, and always recommend your service, but now I am looking like a fool!

First off, we're sorry for the inconveniences caused on your end. We have recently implemented a new feature that allows multiple actions to be performed with a single conditional entry.

Unfortunately, the implementation brought about a multitude of issues.

These problems were caused by the recent update. I will escalate your issue to our higher ups to see if there's anything we can do about this.

This is another issue that was probably brought about by the update. I will forward a separate ticket for this.

    Again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Can you undo the update so things go back to how they were?  All my clients are complaining that the forms are not working appropriately and this is impacting my business.

I would love to have multiple actions based on one conditional entry! I have waited a long time for that.

But, I would like to see these issues resolved and hope it can be done in a timely mannor.

It appears that the conditions now work as they use to. However...

In my form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23054844400950, I have 4 different notifications and 4 different auto-responders set to be conditionally sent based on the user input. Using the traditional condition settings I had to have 8 conditions set, 4 for the notifications and 4 for the auto responders. I thought that maybe with the new multiple action conditions I would be able to condense this down to just 4 conditions. like this...

condition: if question X equals to A then

    Action: Notification A to info@nonexist.com

    Action: Auto-Response A to customer@nonexist.com

I couldn't get this to work, it would only send the notification. Is there something I am doing wrong?

    @teedart,

I've cloned your form and tested it. you've done it right and all the emails are delivered on my end. Can you check it if there is something wrong with emails? Thanks

When you closed it did you remove the last for conditions that independantly send emails labeled "Thank You". Having those conditions on top of the mutli action conditions were the only way I could get it to work. I will try cloning, and condesing the actions again.

Here is a link to the form I cloned, with the desired functionality. I can confirm that the multiple actions only send the notification email, and not the auto-response.

Yes, I've removed them and edit the ones starting with "Office", so they send emails to my email address. This is all I do to get it work. I am suspicious about the email addresses on your issue, mails may be sent but not delivered, is it possible? Because I am receiving an autoresponder mail from your cloned form.

I discovered this is my fault. In the second action I had

    "email to: {email}{additionalEmails}"

When it should have been formatted as

    "email to: {email}, {additionalEmails}"

Sorry about that, it works great now.
