Our programmers sent us the following"
My team has come back to me with an issue. It appears your forms are on an external link (submit.jotform.com). We would need access to this servers FTP in order for us to install our API. Without this we cannot send the lead detail to the API. If we cannot get FTP access and add our API tp the external server, you would be best to move the forms to your server ( we can do this for you) unless there is some reason they are on the external server / service.
Can you help on this?

I think this is NOT possible with Jotform. There's no way you can connect to our servers and install an API.
May we know why you need this things up? Let us know so we can give you a possible solutions.

I would like to add that we have a Post Data feature that can post your form data to some external script. Please provide your programmers with the following URL to see if this is something that they can use:
Also, form files can be hosted on your server, but still submission will be based on our servers.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
