Why I cannot set the CONDITION for my form?

    Why I cannot set the CONDITION for my form?

    1) I want to set contion for autorespondence email but the syetm doesn't allow me to

    2) I want to put this form in my FB page

    Hi,

    I just tested the form condition and it is working fine. Your screenshot shows the correct condition for an email notification, is there any specific problem that we should look into? You can actually edit that code e.g. {emailAddress16} to something else like test@yahoo.com.

    Also, have you tried logging out, clearing your browser's cache and log back in? We have implemented a new feature on the conditions wizard so you might be viewing the GUI on the old cache. Please try it and let us know if this doesn't help for your further assistance.

    This is my problem.

    1) I want to set that if my customer  choose certain option in my form, I want different autorespondance email to them. Therefore, I no need to change {emailAddress16}

    2) In my case as I printscreen, I want my customer that choose "Request To Be An Agent" option to get "Welcome" autorespondance email.

    3) And customer that choose other option to get "We Will Respond" autorespondance email.

    4) How can I set the condition setting without changing {emailAddress16} to other email address? Because I want to change the the email content, not the recipient.

    In order for you to send a different autoresponder, you would need to create another autoresponder email body and then setup the conditional logic

    1) I already do two autorespondance email alert, but still rejected

    2) My First autorespondance email is "Welcome"

    3) My second autorespondace email is "We Will Respond"

    Can you please refresh this thread page? Also can you please tell me if you get an error while creating the conditional?

    1) I don't get any error message or pop up

    2) But after I click "save", system highlight in red to notify me that it is error.

    I can see that, I was also able to replicate the issue, it will show me the same result,

    We are right to choose JOTFORM! You manage to fix the arrising problem in a very short time! Bravo to your team, moreover to your developer team!
