I have implemented 2checkout into one of my payment forms:
and after customers complete the form, enter the amount due, and click submit, an error appears on the 2Checkout website: "Parameter Error
A parameter error was encountered when attempting to process this sale.
Please notify the supplier so that this can be resolved as soon as possible."
The form is:
If you could please advise on what needs tobe done in order for payment to be processed smoothly.

Are you sure your vendor Id is correct in the integration?
Also, before I escalate this, I would be very grateful if you could try deleting the 2Checkout field and then re-add it, then test and tell us if that resolves the problem?

Hi, Thanks for your prompt reply.
I have checked the ID and it is correct. I also deleted the field and added it back in, and the same problem is occuring.
My account satus with 2Checkout is: "Y (Allowed to Sell, Allowed to Pay)"
Also, the field is set to 'collecting donations', so would i need to add products in my 2Checkout Account? or is it fine for the customer to enter their desired amount?

I was able to test the demo form and when donation is selected, the amount is not passed in which causes the parameter error on 2Checkout's end. The amount should be passed in using the"total" parameter. Let me know if I can be f any help with verifying your integration at email@example.com.

However, I was planning on getting a Single Page Checkout as described on the 2Checkout website:
and it states that an "s" needs to be added to the html coce as such:

I had a look at the single page mode as you said, I think it looks much nicer than the multiple one. So I've redirected all the 2checkout payments to the single page mode.

We've recently contacted to 2checkout team about the donation issue and they suggest to set the name of the product to 'Donation' since 2checkout has no parameters to identify a donation. Actually I don't think this is a technical limitation, but it would be better to keep it that way, sorry for that.

I also have another enquiry. After payment has been processed and the client is returned back to my website (thank you page), JotForm is not sending me an email alert of the form completed by the clien ton the website:
I have followed the required steps of embedding the form using the Webs.com code, and i have set the sender to be the email field in the form.
If you could please advise on how i could resolve this, it would be much appreciated.

Please add Jotmails IP Address to your Whitelist: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
Also, a good solultion is to use firstname.lastname@example.org as "Sender Email". This is available when you click the dropdown options and at the end portion of the list.

I have submitted a 0.01 donation as a test. Can you please check if it went through fine?
According to the mail logs, notification was delivered successfully.

I recieved the payment from Elton Cris, and i could see that on my 2Checkout Account. However, i recieved no email from JotForm of the form you completed on my website.
I have checked the Pending Submissions Page, and once i selected "complete submission", the forms were then emailed to me. Why do i need to do this manually? I am being paid for a service being provided, not a product being sold, so there is no need to confirm arrival of shipment. I have also recieved the payment into my 2 Checkout Account, so i do not see why JotForm has not been notified.
If there is someway to make this automatic, maybe by getting in touch with 2Checkout or by automatically sending the form, then it would be much appreciated.

So Eltons payment completed via 2Checkout, but it only showed in your pending submissions?
I too have sent a 0.01c donation (its your lucky day!), can you tell me if that one has also ended up in 'Pending Submissions'?

Correct. I also recieved your payment with the name "Jot Form TEST" of 0.01 into my 2Checkout Account, and the form was in "Pending Subissions"
Do you know what i could do to fix this? or do your programmers need to work on it?

Yeah, sounds like its something our devs will have to look at.
The fact that the payments are ending up in your pending submissions also explains why you are not getting Email notifications.
I have just submitted an escalation ticket to the developers, I am sure we can get this sorted out for you.

I just wanted to make sure whtehr you guys know that i get charged $0.45 per transaction. so a transfer of $0.01 is costing me money as you guys have made over 10 transfers in the past few days. If you could get this sorted with 2Checkout for them to waive the transaction fee for the trials you guys are performing, that would be much appreciated.

We've received a solution from the 2co team as below:
This 2Checkout account is using the “Direct Return” return method which bypasses the return page and works like a spider that gets the HTML returned by the server and prints it on the screen. Links, images and CSS will not resolve with this method if the return page is using relative paths. The issue can be easily corrected by having the user change the return method to “Given Links Back to my Website” on their 2Checkout account Site Management page
Can you try the given method and notify us if it works? JotForm needs the redirections to complete the payment, and "direct return" prevents them.
Btw, can you revoke the payments we did for the test purpose? If you can't please let me know. Thanks.

Excuse the delayed response.
I have tried the above. This adds a final page where it asks the client to "Finalise Payment". After clicking this button, the client is directed back to my website. I am recieving the payment, the client is recieving a receipt from 2checkout, but i am not recieving the Jotform in my email that the client has filled out before making the payment.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked the forums, and havent found a solution to this problem. I have checked my junk and spam folder, and no forms ar ebeing sent there. I have made the sender as noreply@jotform so they should be coming through.
Please advise a solution to this.

I guess I have your original thread submitted to our level 2 support/developers already. This is related to the payment being sent to your Incomplete Payments Section or Pending Submissions page, that is why you are not able to receive the Email Alerts from your form.
