Hiding choices within a Payment field using conditions

I was wondering if you could help me figure out how to set up this scenario.  I have a field that is populated with two locations.  I would like it if one location is chosen, in the next field which is my payment field it would hide certain selections within that field.  Basically, it will hide the selections from the other locations, since I can only have one payment field????  Is that possible?

I understand what you were trying to achieve on your Payment form.

To achieve that, you will need to use a custom payment field. That is, the selections/items in the payment field must be outside the Payment field.

You will use the User Defined Amount as the Payment Type in the payment field.
