Unable to submit form due to rate limit, even though forms were excluded from rate limit mechanism.

Hi,

Our users are getting a "too many requests" error when trying to submit our form.  Our account was updated to prevent the daily rate limit so we don't think this should be happening.  can you please let us know if our account's override on rate limit has been removed or if we're hitting some other issue we're not aware of?  We are Code.org, our account is set up as site@code.org

Your account is in good standing. We have cleared your forms cache, please try to submit the form again, it should be submitted without an issue.

Does this mean that there WAS an issue earlier today that you cleared? Trying to confirm whether the issue that we hit was resolved on your end or if it's something else we should continue investigating.  Thank you!

We cleared the cache to discard the possibility of an issue related to cache issues, but did not find any error in the form. We have also done a real submission in your form, and it was submitted just fine.

Can you please also verify that for our account, our increase in rate limiting is still in tact?  We have several more teachers about to fill out this survey in about an hour and a half, which is when we'll get our next wave of traffic.

Separately, what are all the limits that you have on the system in terms of submissions beyond 60/min/IP address?  do you have a daily limit of any sort?

Thanks for providing more information, if the form is being submitted multiple times from the same connection, then that is the reason why they are getting the limit error, since Forms are limited to allow only up to 60 submissions per minute for security reasons.

Please make sure to reduce the number of submitters on each wave, otherwise, you will get that error.

As per this thread, our account should have this limit lifted.  Please re-apply this override as we are about to have several teachers from the same room fill out these surveys:

Is there any way for us to verify this other than waiting for our teachers to fill out the survey later today?

Also, how do we ensure that this setting doesn't get removed again?  We have workshops happening every week this summer, as well as during most weekends of the year, where teachers are in the same room filling out these surveys.

Hi, wanted to verify that our rate limiting override setting is still in tact - this afternoon we will have many teachers filling out surveys at the same time from the same hotel.  Just want to check in advance so we don't run into problems.  Thank you!

The rate limit for your account should still be off meaning that the teachers should be able to make submissions to your forms without any problem.
