    Notification emails not sending

    Hey JotForm team,

    Firstly, great work with the form builder. Top notch.

    Secondly (and research points to) has my email address been added to a bounce list by chance? The form used to work but lately I haven't received the notifications.

    Username: tpscreditcontrol

    Email: luke@tpscreditcontrol.co.nz

    I have since whitelisted noreply@ and made sure the sender is also noreply@

     

    Any insight would be greatly appriciated :)

    Hi,

    Your email address is in our bouncelist again due to this reason:

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 Message (33782-32450) appears =to be unsolicited - totalscore for 199.127.232.54 (599) higher than Penalty=Extreme (500)'

    I will now remove your email address in our bounce list for youy and it should fine by now.

    In addition to pinoytech's response -- based on the error, it appears that your email service provider blocked the email alerts from JotForm which in return our system immediately blocked your email to prevent further issues that might arise due to your email service provider's blockage.  So there is a possibility that you will stop receiving email alerts again while they continue to consider emails from JotForm as spam (unsolicited).

    To have this resolved, please contact your email service provider and have the IPs be whitelisted/safelisted by them.

    Hi, the problem continue. don't save the conditions mail. If the mail is aaaa@a.com: OK. but if is {mail10}: ERROR, and don't save.
