Glitchy Form Issues

    We have received multiple calls from those trying to use this form that they cannot: 

    - enter their email (keeps saying invalid)

    - Submit it at the end - which defeats the purpose. :)

    How can we figure out why this is happening?

    I tested your form, but I was not able to replicate the issue you reported. I was able to enter my email address and submit the form without any issues.

    Were you able to replicate the issue as well? Is your form embedded? If the form is embedded, please provide us your webpage URL and we will test the form there as well. 

    Do you know which browser and device are using the users that reported this issue? If possible 

    If Preview Before Submit button is not working, please ask your users to clear browser cache or to use some other browser.
