My form at the url below is not sending email alerts or at least doing so erratically. When i do a preivew of the form and complete it and click the submit button, shouldn't it send the email alerts? I have two emails alerts. One is "Office". When I click the "send test email button" it seems to work. The secondemal alert is "Parent" and when I click the send tet email for that one, nothing is sent.
I am testing these from a computer that recieves the D-NBlum@nc.rr.com email.
These have all worked at one time or another with earlier versions of the form. Even then, thought we'd occasionally hear from a user that they didn't receive an email.
You'll see that this form sends the Parent Email to an address that is in the "email" field of the form. It sends the Office email to two fixed addresses:Demail@example.com and Jwhite@ncsuclub.org

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on the issue, I would suggest you to add firstname.lastname@example.org as your notification's Sender Email and whitelist JotMails IP's Addresses to solve the problem.

I changed the parent emai’ls sender to email@example.com as you suggested, but the other email won’t let me change the field. It has a drop down listing of my form’s fields and won’t let me freely type into the field. What am I doing wrong?

You don't need to type it. firstname.lastname@example.org can be found at the last part of the list. Don't worry, I've already change your form's notification sender email to email@example.com for you.
