    Our users receiving "form disbaled" message after they click send..?

    Hello,

    We want to gather 10k submission with this form but for a while (after 530 submissions...) our users are receiving this message!
    :(

    Could you please help us, urgently?

    Hi avonsayac,

    As I've checked your form and account, I found out that your account already reach the limit of submissions for free account. As you can see here, free account is limited only to received 100 submissions per month including 10SSL and can received 10 payments. Your account now have already 548 submissions received. What I could recommend to you is to upgrade your account to PREMIUM to increase the number of submissions you received.

    @avonsayac

    Your Professional subscription ended last Oct. 30, and your account has been on Free status since.

    You will have to re-upgrade your account if you intend to receive 10k submissions per month.
