PayPal, Incomplete Payments, and MailChimp Integration Not Linking

Hi all,

I have a form that accepts payments through a PayPal integration and is also linked to a Mailchimp list.

Currently, when someone submits the form, it sends them to PayPal to pay. However it does not add them to the Mailchimp list that I setup in the integration (and is authenticated).

My thought was that they weren't being added because they hadn't paid, so I went to Incomplete payments to submit the contact. Once that happens, I receive an e-mail saying they submitted the form, however they have still not been added to Mailchimp.

I've checked the details of the Mailchimp integration and it looks like it's pulling in everything correctly. 

Any thoughts?

Also, is it possible to set up reminders of incomplete payments or send an e-mail regarding incomplete payment? And send an e-mail to myself that a user submitted the form and payment is incomplete (let's say within an hour or so)?

Update: It seems Mailchimp was not integrating because of an Address passing to a text field rather than an address field. I changed that and it's going through fine now. For those with a Mailchimp not integrating issue check to see if there is any formatting issues with how your form data is being passed into Mailchimp.

Still curious about e-mails for Incomplete payment emails (or at least notification to admin).

You need to set the Pending Payments to Notifiers only.

Please take note that the email alert is not instant for pending or incomplete payment. It should take somewhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour to be emailed, the delay is here to let customers finish their transactions and also it is a time buffer for the PayPal IPN to come through.
