Also, we are using JotForm and Stripe to accept payments for a Class Reunion. We are a not-for-profit entity, raising funds to support a student scholarship.  We do not have non-profit status as recognized by the IRS.  We do have a tax EIN number from the IRS.  We are using the Starter version of JotForm. If we receive more than 3 payment submissions in a month, what will happen?  Although we do not have the documents for non-profit status, what could we provide to be considered for the non-profit organization discount?

The Order/Payment form will be disabled if you reach the monthly limit. We do reset the limit back to 0 every first day of the month.

    Hi John,

Thanks for your response.  I used the link to apply for the discount, however, as mentioned we do not have the requested form since we do not have non-profit status with the IRS, we are a not for profit reunion committee, but hopefully our request will be approved based on the goal of our fundraising efforts.

    Thanks again,

    L. Harley

    Hi L. Harley,

In the application form, you can use the Additional Comments field and File Upload to share any proof that you're a non-profit organization:

We also have 50% educational discount. For more information, please open this link: https://www.jotform.com/education/

Usually, it takes us up to 24 hrs to process the request. Upon approval, you should get an email that looks like this one:
