We are a non-for-profit company using your forms for various things, especially accepting membership applications. One of the forms we recently created seems to be jumping ALL the way to the submit button, and submitting once the "next" button is pressed, which shouldn't happen- because there are questions that have been marked mandatory that are completely being bi-passed.
Enclosed is a screenshot of the part of the form that is having problems- the viewer is supposed to be able to choose from a selection of bulleted options, but can only choose one option. It seems to be listing itself twice instead of a selection of clickable bullets.

There is a FREE Text HTML field which you left blank which cause the problem to happen. Please delete this and the problem will be solved.

FYI, that is the third (3rd) FREE Text HTML field found on your form. Third from above fields.
