    The top 1" or so of the lightbox form is cut off when opened.  The only way I can see the entire top of the form is to F11 for full view in IE.  I have attached a screenprint.

    How can I adjust the position of the lightbox for so that the top 1" IS visible?

    Hello,

    Please add a proper doctype declaration to your page. Insert the codes on the following link to your webpage's source code, above everything else - before <html>

    Let me know if it rectifies the problem or not.

    Neil -  Unfortunately that did not fix the problem.  I did discover the problem is only with IE8.  It works fine in IE9.

    @wingsaloft,

    Was it because you have long toolbars and your lightbox form was covered on it? Can you remove them just to free up some space? See if that makes any differences.

    Just in case this doesn't help, try adjusting your lightbox height. Example:

    <script src="//max.jotfor.ms/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">

    new JotformFeedback({

    formId:'23252177142346',

    base:'http://jotform.com/',

    windowTitle:'Test Form',

    background:'#FFA500',

    fontColor:'#FFFFFF',

    type:false,

    height:200,

    width:350

    });

    </script>

    <a class="lightbox-23252177142346" style="cursor:pointer;color:blue;text-decoration:underline;">Test Form</a>

    The bolded codes are those that needs to be changed, specially the height value. Also, please remove the number 2 on the feedback link above. Example:

    FROM:

    <script src="//max.jotfor.ms/min/g=feedback2" type="text/javascript">

    TO:

    <script src="//max.jotfor.ms/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">

    Hope this helps. Feel free to let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!
