Form: create an identifier for a selected option

I am trying to create a form that the user will pick multiple options from dropdown, dynamic dropdown or other selectors. Based on the user choices the form would identify an assigned "SKU" that would not necessarily be viewable by the user but included in the submitted form.

To clarify, is this a payment form? Does the SKU be assigned to  a product? We can assign values for the dropdown menu, just go to the dropdown properties>Options then use calculation values.

We are not using a payment form at this time. I will add some details of what we are trying to accomplish and the workflow to give more background. The overall idea is a user picks pre-define hardware choice and sub-options and then quantity of that solution that we then receive in e-mail to create formal technical builds in a separate vendor portal. I want the total options for that solution to link to a constant SKU/Value.
    * User selects Top Level Hardware Option A…X
    * Depending on Option they have pre-defined sub-options
    * Based on all pre-defined options it would assoicate a defined SKU or Value that we can then cross-reference in a separate system
    * If there is an idea of adding these to a “Cart” with no cost where they could still modify quantities then that would be great but not a requirement

You can assign values to dropdown/checkbox/radio button fields: https://support.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

Then you can capture the values in a Form Calculation widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/calculation
