    I can't connect my form with my aweber account.

    This evening I went to my aweber account and I went on my app. I found the app jotform and I deleted the link to my form from there. I tried again to connect my form in aweber but a window tells me:

    Error occured please try again: AccessToken key is invalid. # https://labs.aweber.com/docs/troubleshooting unauthorized

    and the form does not connect. How can I do? I have two forms to be connected but I do not know what to do. They are both blocked.

    When I authenticate tells me:

    Authorization successful! Click next to continue.

    I click on continue and I open the window that says what I said above
    I click back to back and all I get is a red

    Please authenticate your Aweber account.

    but it also remains green writing

    Authorization successful! Click next to continue.

    if I click again nothing happens.

    What happened?

    I do apologize for this inconvenience. Something I would like for you to try is remove the integration if it is still showing in green that it's integrated with your form, log out of your account, clear your browser cache, then log back in and try to add the integration for aweber to your form again. Please try doing that to see if this corrects it and if you are still having further problems just let us know so that we can investigate it more.
