    Several forms not loading properly

    Hello,

     

    We have several forms that are not loading properly.  What is the issue and can you please rectify this as soon as possible?

     

    http://form.jotform.us/form/21995953772167  (error message)

    v8_build_source.js:49: ReferenceError: V8Config is not defined load ( V8Config.CACHEPATH + form_id + '.js' ); ^

    Hi there, our apologies for the inconveniences. 

    Please try changing the urls for your forms

    Hi Vicky

    Upon searching the forum, I was able to find the solution for this issue. (Your account's cache needed clearing.) The forms should now load properly at both types of URLs (http://www... and http://form...).
