Custom Text in Body of Email Response

    Hello!

    Sorry, I have another question. This text "<td id="question_142" class="questionColumn" styl" appeared in the body of the response email. I did not enter it when I initially set up the Notification. Not sure how this happened. I've delete the Notification but it will just reappear soon after. Can you please assist? 

    P.S. Thank you for answering all my questions in a timely manner.

    Can you please check your notification now and let me know if the HTML tags that appears on the body of your notification will still appear?
