I didnt know that you will automatically charge me for the monthly premium of this account. I have no need for this now as I am not expecting any mass registration. Please cancel this upgrade and refund me my payment.
Anyway, I did not authorize any payment to be deducted so I am quite surprise for this.

That refund has been issued and your account returned to FREE status.
When you subscribe to Premium, it is on a rolling month to month contract, but you are free to cancel it at anytime.
