My form isn't working. After entering payment, a "please wait" or "error" message appears.

    My jotform is not working. I tested it this morning and, on both a mac and a pc, the form wouldn't submit payment and just says "please wait" or "error." Could you please get this fixed ASAP! I'm start summer dance classes this coming week and am losing money because the form is down so no one can sign up!

    I can see that your form is integrated with Square and the payment integration is in Live Mode.

    Can you please set the Mode of the payment integration to Test Mode so that we can test the form?

    We would also appreciate if you can take a screenshot of the browser's console when you test the form and post it here. It looks like the screenshot on your post was not uploaded correctly.

    It could be that the issue is happening only in the embedded form. Please test the form using the standalone Form URL and check if the issue persists.

    I removed the embedded form and the link appears to be working. Any idea:

    1. Why the embedded one wasn't working,

    2. How can I find out how many sales I lost because of this and get in touch with those folks?

    You can set the Mode of the Payment Integration to Test Mode from the Payment Integration Settings.

    1. Click the Payment Settings (Magic Wand) button next to the Payment Settings and then click the Settings (Gear) button at the top right.

    Please note that in Test Mode credit cards will not be charged and test credit cards can be used.

    This could happen for various reasons (i.e. HTTPS issues). I suggest you try embedding the form using the script snippet.

    If the submissions didn't go through, unfortunately, it is not possible to find out how many people tried to fill out the form or get in touch with them.
