Why I'm receiving payment limit email?

    Hello I paid for upgrade so that I have enough subscription according to what is says and I have not done only 3 subscriptions this month, and I do hope you are not counting subscriptions from past months, and past year, that is not good business to force someone that is only a small business to subscribe to a plan that is not in one's budget, and does not require anything bigger than the one I have already paid for. So I am confused why you continue send me email saying I will be running out of subscriptions. please understand and review the dates of other subscriptions, different months, each month should as according to your plans be month to month subscription, not from last year, or past months, please correct me if I am wrong, because if there is some small text written somewhere I missed please update me.

    Payment submissions are counted per month and currently, you have 9 payment submissions of allowed 10.

    I couldn't check your submissions since they are deleted, but I was able to check your history log and you did have payment submissions during June which were counted.
