Issues with submitting reports

Over the last couple of hours I have received messages saying that some users are unable to submit responses to our Jotform. Can you please advise if there have been any 'backend' issues of late ?

And had no problems submitting it. Currently, we don't have any back-end issues regarding this situation. If you can ask your users that have a problem submitting responses to your forms, about which device/browser they are currently using, we would be happy to further investigate the issue. In the meantime, you can suggest your users to try to fill out your forms by using a different web browser.
