SalesForce Integration: Map Check boxes to SalesForceAsked by guest_23192832932051 on November 22, 2012 at 07:49 AM
Hi, It seems that my check-boxes in the form are not showing up for matching with Salesforce fields.. They are required choices. Is there a work around?
Can you please specify which form are you referring to? It would be easier to give a more accurate solution if there is a way to view and inspect your form.
Is it possible to map check-boxes to salesforce fields? i don't see it as a choice for any type salesforce field.
It would be very helpful to have a table of fields that can be mapped for each object and which salesforce field type can be mapped to which jotform field type - for reference.
Sorry but check boxes aren't supported with SalesForce Integration. I'll submit this to our development team as a feature request though I can't assure you if this is possible for implementation. We'll just let you guys know if there's any updates about this.
HI! thanks for the response, still will it be possible for you to post a table that shows all the possible mappings (for each object) according to available types. Would be much appreciated.
Also, do you have an updated roadmap that includes adding integration with custom objects in the near future?
I will include a note to the ticket that have been started by my colleague about that but still, we can't assure you anything. Rest assured that we will let everyone know for any updates.
You may now use checkbox field as normal textfields on your salesforce integration. It can also used on every integration that supports text field.
If multiple checkboxes was selected prior to submission, the selected values should joined together with a comma to create a single string.
