Jotform overseas not working

    We have 2 students who live overseas trying to apply for the PPLC program using Jotform. For some reason, their transactions are not accepted and they get an error message. Is there a way that the Jotform can accept applications from outside of the US?

    Error message the user of the form receives.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    The error seems to be with the card of the user, as what the error indicates, the address provided did not match the billing address of the card holder.

    Is this  error happening to all your users?

    Thank you. That's what I noticed also, just wanted to double check. I will see what the other error message reads; there were two only.

    As far as I know, Authroize.net should be able to process international transactions.
