Not able to enter credit card information on my embedded form.

I have created a form however, the form is not allowing credit card information to be entered.

I have created this product using square and believe I linked it properly to my square account. 

I have provided a link to the website this form was published on where it will not allow credit card info to be filled in.

I have also provided a screen shot of the form I created using jotform.

Can you please advise as to why credit card info can not be entered?

I'm getting this error when trying to visit your site. However, I was able to see your form in your account since you only have one form.

My suggestion is to try to re-embed the form with an iFrame code and see if that helps.

Also, after checking the form, it seems that you haven't connected your form with your Square account yet. Please try integrating it first and try again.
