    Hi,

I have recently signed up to Highrise and want our clients forms to automatically populate our crm with the fields they select.

When integrating it doesnt show all the fields, i.e address, selection tick boxes, and radio buttons. however it does show some of the tick boxes and radio buttons,

Can you give me an idea how i can get all the fields to work as at the moment i am having to export from jotform into excel and upload into highrise, kinda defeating the object!

I have removed the integration, and tried re-doing it with no success, i have left the start of the integration for you to look at..

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Regards, Jules

    Hello Jules,

Have you followed the instructions described on this article?

    http://www.jotform.com/blog/59-Easy-Contact-Management-with-Highrise

You must first add to Highrise custom fields that correspond to those on your form before you will be able to map them in the integration setup.

By the way, to my knowledge, address fields aren't supported yet.

Let us know if you require further assistance.

    Regards

    Hi Thanks for the response,

Yes i used this guide to help with the setup. i have matching custom fields in highrise and jotform, but only some on the jotform side of the integration are shown. If address fields arent supported then it sounds like its not going to work then. as address is a crucial element!

is the address issue with all the CRM integration?

Thought it seemed to good to be true, looks like ill need to import them manually via excel export..

    Regards,Jules.

is the address issue with all the CRM integration?

I will have to ask our developers about this, and I'll get back to you with the answer.

By the way, as far as I know, there is already an open "request" ticket for having the address fields forward properly to Highrise.

We will inform you in case it gets rolled out.

    Cheers!
