Hi Team,
We want to confirm the paypal payment details for the Srilankan ETA form. As we do not seem to have the payments in our account.
For example the India E visa form we get proper paypal transactions, however the payment done through ETA Online Visa Application never reaches our account.
How can we confirm our paypal details for ETA Online Visa Application.

You can check your PayPal Integration by clicking Payments in the Form builder and click edit beside PayPal.
I have checked your submissions and you have some pending Incomplete Payments.
Incomplete Payments, are payments that was not processed properly by the user, thus the transaction was not complete. This is caused either when the user was redirected to the PayPal page and his browser closed or he may not have completed the payment at all.
