RE: Square auto fill problem fixed yet?

    I have just switched to Paypal as our processor, but would much prefer square. You had coding problem on the square integration in which no fields would auto fill, as would be expected by customers in this day and age.

    Have you addressed this problem yet? I would like to switch back to Square asap when you do, so please advise. Thanks much! Judy Hartke

    What is the form in question? Could you explain further the problem you are experiencing? Are you looking to prepopulate your products in Square payment field via URL parameters?

    I have contacted/talked with your company at length about this, so am a little puzzled and disappointed that it obviously is not even on the 'to-do' list even though they told me that it was?
    When a customer uses our jotform, the form does not seem to have any auto-fill feature on the payment section. Your name, address etc etc must be put in every single time, regardless if your auto fill feature is enabled on your browser.
    Repeat customers are an important part of our business, and if they have to put everythy single piece of information in every single time, it's a large deterrent from using our business and the form. 
    Jotform had told us that the problem was only with the square integration, and to use another payment option until they got it fixed. It is not an issue with chrome, square, etc, but with jotform apparently.
    I have switched to paypal temporarily until jotform followed through on fixing it. I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you! Judy Hartke, WeCeee
