    hi can i create a contract template that is unique to each customer ?

    for example we have an alarm company and we monitor and install alarm systems we can't a contract form that we would need to fill up customer info before hand with ID, account number, name, address, monitoring plan etc…. we want these to be filled out before hand and we can send to the customer and all the do is confirm that the info is correct and read the policies and sign. Is that possible ?

    To clarify, the form you want to create would autopopulate the fields? Or will the user input the needed information in the form?

    You can check this link for our available contact form templates:https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/category/contact-form

    Here is a guide that would help you create a simple contact form-https://www.jotform.com/help/319-How-to-Set-Up-a-Contact-Form-in-JotForm

    Hello,

    To get this done, follow the steps below;

    Refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow

    In this case, the approval is required from the customer and not a Manager so edit the process as follows;

    1. Create the form and add a DROPDOWN field to your form with options Accept Plan or Deny Plan. The wording can change based on what you want the customer to see.

    2. Add a SIGNATURE FIELD for the client to sign.

    4. Add an EMAIL FIELD field to the form where you fill in the client's email to receive the form.

    3. Setup Notifications and Autoresponders based on the information you require the user to see. Set them up to be used for conditions later, for instance, one for when the form is filled and sent to the customer, when the customer accepts and signs, when customer denies the plan and signs.

    4.  Add the EDIT SUBMISSION LINK to the Notification template that would be sent to the customer in charge of deciding the approval.

    5. Lastly, setup your Conditions. Since this part highly depends on how you want the process to work, you could have conditions for;

    - Email sent out to Customer after he approves the contract.

    - Email sent out to Customer after he denies the contract.

    - Custom field Customer is not allowed to edit.

    You can change this process and edit it to suit your organizational needs.
