My form does not display the terms and conditions widget

    I have tried to add a plugin for terms and conditions to my form. It does not display the plugin on firefox or chrome and I have tried clearing the cache already. The weird thing is that it says 8 questions on the welcome page and then only shows 7.

    That's due to your form condition. The terms and condition widget remains hidden until the condition is met. If the condition is not what you intended, you can delete it.

    This is not my membership and I NEVER signed up. I want to unsubscribe. How????

    If you want to unsubscribe or delete your account, we can do it from our end. Please note that when we delete your account, you won't be able to retrieve your submissions.
