How to View Form Submissions

     I can't open a previous form. I don't need to upgrade. I just want to see all the results from the "Multicultural Networking Reception Assessment" form

    To view results of a form refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions. In the Form Builder, select a form and click the submissions tab.

    Unfortunately, I have failed to find a form with title "Multicultural Networking Reception Assessment" on your account. 

    Please let me know if this form was deleted or moved to a different account so we can provide further assistance.
