I did not get an email stating subscription was coming to an end and asking if I wanted to renew. I was automatically renewed. I was able to quickly downgrade, but my premium service is thru DECEMBER which I do not need! I would like my $9.95 refunded to my account.

The refund for this month is all set. It may take 5 to 7 days before the refund will reach back to your bank account.
