How can my questions on my JOTFORM be generated in fields on a new card for Trello?

If I create a form in JOTFORM, how can I make sure that the information shows up in Trello inside the card that is created.

I only see 6 fields that can be generated, but would rather have the information come in as a text or as categories that can be easily read.

I think there is a misunderstanding on how the JotForm-Trello integration works. You cannot add fields in Trello cards using the form.Those fields you see in Trello cards, they are not form fields.

Example:

You can create new Trello cards instead and not fields.

With the JotForm Power-Up in Trello, You can now build, design and  share your forms on Trello without having to leave your Trello card.

You can also generate new cards using the submissions from your forms using Trello from Zapier.
