Hello,
Regarding our form at https://form.jotform.com/63226566287161, we have it set up to generate a notification email and an autoresponder email. We received a submission (ID 405242645761483122740) for which the Autoresponder email was sent (the receiver sent us a copy) but we did not get a notification email which could have caused a problem in the process for which we use this form. This is unusual and I don't think it has happened before. I did a test email for both and both worked. Can you see anything from your side that may indicate an issue or does this kind of thing happen occasionally?

Hi, I checked the logs of our mail server and I wasn't able to find any submission with the ID 405242645761483122740, however there was a submission with ID 4052426457614831227 submited to this form (ID #63226566287161). As you can see by the images below, a notification email was successfully sent by our mail server to your email address (officeofdeployment@panerabread.com) with all the contents filled by the user in your form, however this is not the email associated with your account and it's possible that you may have checked the wrong email inbox.
If you actually checked the correct email inbox, please check the spam folder of your email, since some email servers may detect Jotform email notifications as spam. If you still can't find the email notification, do contact us so we can further investigate this issue. This issue is indeed uncommon, could you tell us if you did the tests in the same form?
