Quiz App

Hello - I am using the quiz app for a form.  it is a simple/test form. Once the form is Submitted, the email does not show which answers were correct or incorrect.

The screen, however, shows a check or X with the correct / incorrect answers.  It just doesn't show in the email  What am I doing wrong?

The email with the quiz result should be sent separately to the email address you set in the Quiz App.

Example: Make sure you input the correct answers too

On my test just now, I got the same result shown on the thank you page.

So if you have an email notification in your form, you'll receive two emails, the regular one and one with the quiz result.
