Why is the height and weight widgets dropping entries?

The Height and Weight widgets a dropping entries not all the time but some of the time.

Can you take a look and see if you see a problem.

I have checked your JotForm and see that any of the fields are set to be required. This allows the user to submit the form without filling the fields on the form. Please make the necessary fields on the form to be required from the field properties or from the quick menu by right-clicking on the field. This shall not allow the user to submit the form without filling the required fields on the form.

What I am talking about with the height and weight widgets is that after I know height and weight were entered they disappear. Something is wrong with that widget I believe. Not sure how reproducible it is so I will test it more. Can you take a look at the widgets and let me know if they are setup right. We are beta testing this week but go live next week and I really need to trust the reliability of those widgets.

Can you share a screenshot of the issue? I have filled and submitted your form, and I did not face or find any issue with it.

I enter feet inches and weight
I hit the submit button at bottom of page

I receive the notification with the edit link provided below.
You can edit this submission and view all your submissions easily.


I hit the edit this submission and go back in at the height and weight are gone.


This happens every time with this entry. Please try it. And if it happens for any entry it is a problem.
