Multiple Users - Master Account / Client View

Asked by awong6 on May 06, 2010 at 02:33 PM
Is it possible to have one master account to manage forms and data,  and then set up separate read logins for each form?

That way each client has it's own login just for their site?

    thanks,
    Andy

There is an easier way to do that. Instead of creating and managing accounts simply create an Excel feed and send its URL to your client. Here is how you can do that:

You can do that for each client. All they have to do is to bookmark the Excel feed or sign up for the RSS feed on their email software.

There is not authentication right?  Only thing, is some of this data can be sensitive, client / sales info.  I wouldn't want this to be in a public URL

No, there is no authentication. However the URLs cannot be guessed by trying. They are very large random numbers.

My recommendation would be change the URL periodically. You can send the client the new URL and delete the old feed.

We will also look into possible adding extra authentication for the feeds.
