We have just made an account with yourselves and are currently using the free started package, but we are wondering what 'receive 3 payments' means?

If any of your form has a payment integration such a sPaypal, Stripe etc. on your form, these forms called as payment form.  You can sell products, subscriptions or collect donations with the help of these integrations. So, payments means actually submission of these forms.  In free plan, you can receive 3 submissions ( payments) in total. If you want to get more payments, you need to upgrade an upper plan.

Yes that is correct. Thank you @cagla_canitez

If you intend on using a payment integration each transaction will count towards your payment limit.

It means you are only allowed to use PayPal 3 times across all of your forms. Its the total of allowed monthly transactions.

This monthly limit resets on the first day of each month.

    Ok thank you.

Just to understand clearly ... across the 5 forms i am allowed, i can include paypal at the bottom of all 5 forms but it only allows 3 customers to make payment using paypal each month?

So no more than 3 customers are allowed to pay using the paypal on the forms?

When you fill out your form, when you are done, you hit the submit button. If a payment transaction was processed the counter is incremented by one.

So its not how many users. Its how many payments were submitted.

Thank you so much for your help on this - How can we increase the number of transactions that customers can make.

Just to explain what we are doing - we have created a form called "deposit form" - it allows our customers to complete their booking details & then use paypal or direct bank transaction to make a deposit.

I am expecting a large number of transactions to be made through paypal - is this possible using the same deposit form? I would like to send the form out to 14 people today

You can increase the limit by upgrading your account. Increase it to 10 payments by upgrading to Bronze plan, or 100 for Silver, or Unlimited for Gold.

For multiple payment options, and to let people submit the form when Bank Transfer is chosen, you have to configure show/hide conditional logic in the form. Please follow the steps here:
