Autocomplete widget: Ability to increase the character limit to add more options to the list

Hi, I have a list of approx. 7000+ entries that i want to use in an autocomplete field.  However - the list seems to load and save in the form correctly - but only about 2500 seem visible in the selection?  Is there a limit that can be amended somewhere to allow for the autocomplete of the full 7000+

I looked at this other post on the forum - which suggest there is no limit?  yet my form is clearly showing that it is limited?

I have tested it, and it shows all the options that match with the characters I enter. Please note that it will filter those who match, that is the reason why not all are shown in the preview.

Ah yes - that's because they have been cut at a certain number again.  I have re-uploaded the list and saved it - and it still appears in the build.

See enclosed pic.  Now if you try the form and test for Zuia for example it does not appear?

Looking at the source code the drop down list appears to be cut short at line 10?

Thanks for the reply - but you are testing the already "shortened" data filed in the form.  You will see from my earlier posts that the data ended with "Zuia Club de Golf".  yet the data has been shortened by jot form on saving to approx 2400 rows instead of the 7000+.

FYI.  It cuts at row 2801, which on a character count is 63,575 characters.

Please be noted that there is a character limit on most of such widgets. I believe the max character limit is 65536 (which is usually the largest value you can enter on fields). Unfortunately, we do not have any option to increase the limit at this moment. However, let me forward the thread to our backend team as a feature request for evaluation. We cannot provide any ETA as of now. If there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
