Problems with A JotForm I Built

I need help to correct a problem in a JotForm I created.  Questions 12A-12G are supposed to be "Mark All That Apply", but when I preview the form and click on the "Fill Form" button, all of the options are pre-marked and I cannot unmark them.  How do I fix this?  I could not find an answer in your FAQs.

If I understood your problem correctly, you want your users to be able to select multiple options from 12A to 12G? 

If that's the case, you will have to change your input table fields from radio to checkbox buttons:

That will allow your users to select multiple options from those fields.

OK. Next question. When I preview the form and click on Fill Form, questions 1-10 are already marked with a choice of answers, though they’re not the correct answers. What do I need to do so they’re not pre-marked with an answer?

That is the purpose of the Fill Form button, to fill the form with random data so that you can test it.

If you want to fill the form and send it to the users to fill it, you should use the Form URL.
