Unable to submit form on my website.

    Hello, 

     

    My form entitled "Membership Form" won't submit. I've tested it a few times and when you click submit it comes up with 'Please Wait' very briefly but won't actually submit. 

     

    Please help!

    Please try embedding the form with an iframe embed code and see if that helps. Make sure to not include the script section, only the iframe code.
