We are experiencing an issue with our Form called "Artisan Application" (created on Jul 29, 2016)
Several of our customers (not most, only some) have received their confirmation auto-responder email in what they describe as a "foreign language". It actually looks to me like the Font on the responder email is being switched to a "symbol" font in their Inbox.
What can I do fix this from happening?

Your autoresponder is indeed setup in a different language.
Please try deleting the autoresponder, and creating it again:
