Daily inspection of equipment

I want to do a daily inspection checklist for equipment, but I wonder if the equipment was inspected on the day.

For example: Before using the equipment I read a QRcode and open the inspection, but someone has already done the inspection and so I will not have to do. Is it possible to visualize the history of completing the form and who executed it, day, hour?

I have been checking through our widgets, but I don't think we have one that would suite your needs.

You could use the Ticket Purchase widget to display the list, so whenever someone has completed one of the inspections, that option will not be available for the next person who loads the form. However, if you want to make that option available again, you would need to add a new widget, or create a new form.

Can I generate a fill code?

For example, I fill in the form now 001, after the next fill will be 002.
