I have a problem and questions

    Dear Support Team,

I have a Bronze account with you (sylvest_larsen@yahoo.com.au), but simply cannot get through tom you via my normal PC, and hope I have better luck with this one. Please reply to yahoo address above, thanks.

I have just completed a new form (Order Form) which is only meant to be available in the login section for members but is also public available on the internet if you happen to stumble across the JotForm link to the website. How do I prevent that?

Secondly, when I submit, the submission email (with a PDF version) only reveals the first half of the form, for some reason. Why/what is wrong here?

Then, on top of the PDF version a date and time is registered, which is yesterday, and must be a US date & time. Can I get rid of this somehow?

And finally, I think I have asked this before, when I put the setting to CURRENT time, it appears to be working well here in Sydney, but will it also (automatically) show the local time in Adelaide, Darwin, Perth etc.?

PS! It is also a bit of concern that it is very difficult to get through to you with questions. Is there a quota or limit of some kind for questions we can submit?

    Cheers, Sylvest, Sydney

Unfortunately, I was not able to understand the issue. I checked your account and it is in good condition. Please try it again using think link: www.jotform.com/login

Are you asking if the form link can be private?

Secondly, when I submit, the submission email (with a PDF version) only reveals the first half of the form, for some reason. Why/what is wrong here?

Please provide the form link so we can investigate it further.

In the Submission Panel, you can disable the Submission Date and Time in the Dropdown option.

We do not have a limit here in the Support Forum. We do have a policy of one question per thread to avoid confusion and to better assist you.

    We'll wait for your reply.

    Thank you.

    Thanks John,

I appreciate your prompt response and see what you mean by only asking/answering one question at a time.

One of my concerns is why a new form I have made available in the login area for members only can also be found on the internet for persons stumbling across this website: https://form.jotform.co/81697913655875

And if possible, I do not wish you to publish the above link.

Another problem is that when submitted (in PDF format) only the first half of the form is shown.

Please let me know what can be done, thank you.

I will try and get back to you with other questions later.

    Cheers,

    Sylvest, Sydney

    Hello again,

In regards to the illustration you kindly made, I have done that but understand that is AFTER receiving the form. Ideally I would like to do when building the form, if possible.

    Hello again again,

I also have a general question in regards to the CURRENT date and time, which works well in Sydney. Will that show as Sydney time all over the world (including Adelaide, Darwin, Perth) or will it always - automatically - show the local time?

    Hello again, again, again

And one final question of some strategic importance.

Much of my usage will be field based - survey like kind of interviews - and assume there is no way of using Jotform if there is poor/no internet connection.

Is there a way of your system storing the data filled in on the form until the internet connection comes back on. And even filling in forms without internet connection?

An early trial I did with one of your competitors (SurveyToGo - Dooblo) is custom made for surveys in remote areas and have solved that, but their weakness is you can only have one question on each screen page, why I went on looking for other feasible providers, and pretty happy with you.

That will be all for me, for now, and wish you a great weekend.

    Cheers

Since you have a multiple questions, I will be creating a separate thread for each to avoid confusion. It's quite hard to follow the original title of the thread if you post multiple issues.

We will respond to you on this threads below shortly.
