How to add Google spreadsheet on JotForm as a auto-fill?

Unfortunately, you cannot link your google spreadsheet files for a dynamic autocomplete process. But, you may get an export of the spreadsheet, as CSV or Excel, then you can upload it to the `Spreadsheet to Form` widget which will enable you to set up an autocomplete flow for your form. I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that the submissions are already there in the form 1 and you want to pull them from another form? If so, unfortunately, it is not possible. If you are sending the form 1 information to form 2 after submitting the form, it is possible by using URL parameters. Please refer to the guide below:

I am sorry that I didn't understand your requirement correctly. Could you provide us with more information on which field that you want to hide on your form? 

Also, please note that the submission can be sent in PDF format and attach to the email notifications/autoresponders.

You may also customize the PDF report as per your requirement.
